WebCheckout is unique in its ability to be configured and customized to work with many business processes. This flexibility helps WebCheckout continue to serve operations as their needs evolve over time.

The arrival of the novel Coronavirus this spring has forced rapid changes across nearly every industry. Even now, months into this pandemic, the lasting impact is still unknown. Fortunately, the flexibility of WebCheckout, the dedication of our staff, and the sharing of best practices within the WebCheckout Community has helped navigate this change.

Since the outbreak began, our top priority has been to design processes and implement measures that will enable you to safely continue your equipment circulation. In April 2020, we hosted a Town Hall with customers to exchange ideas for using WebCheckout to adapt to processes resulting from COVID-19.

Included below are the best practices shared during that Town Hall, new features we’ve introduced related to Covid-19, and a set of resources we hope will help you to adapt to these unprecedented times. We know that everybody’s circumstances are different and that things are changing rapidly. We would love to hear any suggestions or ideas that you have.

Please contact with any questions, suggestions, or concerns.

Your feedback is vital, as each new idea could also assist hundreds, if not thousands, of other similar operations. We are committed to learning, sharing, and continually finding new ways for all of us to navigate this situation effectively.
